Mcdonald's - Tulsa

This is how I work, this is customer service at it's finest, building and establishing bonds with the customers, their children and the community, alot of restaurants and other businesses have lost touch with this principal including us (McDonald's) This lil guy and his grandparents comes in every Friday just to visit with me for over a month now like clock work and I always make sure he has the newest happy meal toy. Wish and hope that this can be an example of customer service, an example for all customer service based employees! It's not hard to do!

Fries were hot and tasty. Drive through staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. Double cheeseburger was mostly cold, partly warmish, assembled haphazardly. Happy meal was exactly as expected.

I came in yesterday to this location to get me a frappe and a frie. I absolutely recommend this location for the fresh food and great customer service. I have been to a million and one McDonald’s locations and this is my fav. I walked inside because drive thru was packed and I was immediately greeted by the front counter cashier Josh, he was very friendly and had not a single problem with my order. I decided to stay and eat and during my stay he even checked on me to make sure I was doing okay and seeing if I needed anything! I felt very pleased with my experience. I have had some really bad experiences with McDonald’s but I will definitely be going back to this location. Great workers and fresh hot food. Good job Josh and the whole mcdonald crew.

I'm not too much of a foodie to cure my hangover with some breakfast from McDonald's! I prefer their breakfast over other menu items but will stop if on a road trip and need a clean bathroom and good customer service.
