Long John Silver's - Tulsa

The experience at this restaurant wasn't too bad. We were the only customers there and had to place our order quickly. The food was served hot and fresh, with everything being deep-fried so it was somewhat expected. I had 3 pieces of fish and 2 pieces of fish, both of which tasted good. I also enjoyed the hush puppies. The only downside was that the tables were all sticky.

I visit Long John Silver's frequently and recently discovered they are now under new management. During my last visit for lunch, I noticed the restaurant was much cleaner and the staff were working diligently to maintain a tidy environment. I had the opportunity to meet the new general manager and shared with her some previous experiences that fell short of a 5-star rating. She made sure to address my concerns and after speaking with her, I can confidently say that this location is now focused on exceeding customer satisfaction. The new manager appears motivated to provide excellent customer service and a clean dining environment. With improved food service, I will definitely be returning in the future!

Chandra is lovely and efficient in serving food quickly! I adore both the food and the staff at this restaurant.

The man at the drive-thru was very courteous and helpful, and the food was hot and freshly made. My only issue was that the fish was a bit too breaded for my liking. Overall, it was a great experience!
