Just a few minutes after opening. There were only 4 tables in front of us. We took our drink order quickly. He ordered the appetizers when they were.
Food is subpar at best, service is not good! Pasta was covered in Pepper to the point a couldn't taste anything else! Burgundy mushrooms on the burger were super bland. The appetizer (that was a house specialty) was also bland and the toast was hard as a rock! There's so many other restaurants nearby, don't waste your time or money. Need to revamp your chef.
You have to find this little hidden place in downtown Tulsa. It's location makes it great for downtown lunches or quick bites before shows at the BOK center. Menu is great and the service and setting make it a place you'll visit often.
Not a good place to go if you have a certain expectation for enjoying a nice dinner out. I got the special - linguine and meatballs. Incorrect in all of the ways it can be: Frozen meatballs, overcooked pasta (think chef boyardee), topped with grated mozzarella from the bag you buy at the grocery store. My wife had a regular menu item - portabello sandwich. Nothing remarkable, but she got black beans as a side instead of fries and - besides being heated up - it tasted straight out of the can. If you enjoy wine, be prepared for a small goblet filled to the brim with your order. That kind of place. The service was appropriate. We came because it was within walking distance of our hotel. I wish we had gone somewhere else.
