Abuelo's Mexican - Tulsa

I have an order to go right away while I'm over, although Tulsa on his way home. The food was excellent, but I also wanted to give Casandra 5 stars. I always make a point when I get good service. She not only took my order at the bar, but brought me chips and salsa, water while waiting for the order. She attacked me and treated me as if she knew me. In any case, it would make a point to come back when you go through again. Thanks for the treatment of customers as they want to treat Casandra.

I was really surprised by this because I love abuelo’s. but that was the first time I was in this place. our service was amazing, beyond and beyond the tor. but eating was so disappointing. from the appetizers and chips to the fried beans with my escape. even the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant was far below what I know to be abuelo in my experience with the other location. our server was wonderful, very knowledgeable and a fantastic personality. I felt about the time that we have there, about 6 until we have gone, many employees at the host level, but only they saw a running food to our server area and a check table progressing at any point, but no one came to help with refilling drinks or chips, although our server was triple sat and 2 of them were big parties. he did it well, but any teamwork didn't seem existent and I'm not sure we've ever seen someone as manager. I understand that it is a Friday night, but they were not ashamed and even if they were, it is rookie tester to look for their employees, to this wise. Maybe a guide problem or a curse, but doubt that I return on this place.

The food was good. Music too loud, overlaid and irritating. Music should add to pleasant food experience in the background Do not distract you from your food or business.

Eating was good when we got it and corrected it. the service was very bad. multiple errors and only inability. left without drinks refills, be on the ones that we were very clear, could not have a cheese for allergies for our girls. with the manager. he offered to take care of our daughter child's meal. he never apologized. it didn't seem really important. we loved this place, but unfortunately this kind of experience will be normal there.

So the over by Tulsa Hills has some good food, not dripping with grease like other Mexican restaurants around the area. The taco salad is huge and very presentable. The enchiladas are equally as good, with beans and rice. it all tasted fresh. The service was really friendly even though I give the staff a hard time. I compensate with gratuity equally.
