The food is great. Since kami yung ,14th customer. They gave us our free valentine's date.. Sobrang sarap ng food na binigay nila and the staff are all accomodating. Sobrang thank you. racks paseo de sta rosa for having us especially kay manager alyana and manager binel manager liza and kay mam cha for serving us. We felt very special, specially today since it was my birthday. TWO THUMBS UP!!! .

All is well From service to ambiance of the store to the food.Verygood!I ordered blue plate special ,fish and chips plate very sulit,complete meal na siya .The staffs are very approachable too!I will definitely come back again .I commend Cha ,Jason and Ace they are very bubbly it seem like they really love their job as well as the managers boy binel and joana liza.A thumbs up for Racks Sta.Rosa branch .Keep it up

Hanz is a good and polite server, serves well and greets us b4 we enter the store.the store has good music we feel good fibes when we start to listen to their music,managers also check back us,greet whenever they 'r not bc..for the food it taste good specially the Pork baby back ribs,we also like the house salad but above all they all the staff makes us feel like we are a member of a family to them.

Lovely staff. Cha was very accommodating and professional and courteous. As always Racks nver fails to satisfy hungry tummies. We had some of their blue plate weekday specials ... thought we were going to get tiny servings but the portions were huge.
