Mcdonald's - Tulare

Unfortunately i give one star because they always mess up my orders here and when you tell them they seem to get upset and ask for there food like if your untruthful. But the ice was good.

Our breakfast was stale and cold. The bread on our biscuits were hard and the pancakes were cold. When we called McDonalds the “manager” Fernando said i”It shouldn’t have been cold. That’s it. He’s was not helpful or a good manager that offered at least an apology. Don’t eat at this McDs in the morning

Ice caramel coffee didn't taste like anything but water doen coffee... As you can see it was not mixed at all! It is suppose to be stirred before serving!... By far the worst mcdonalds in tulare... Always... I see they will never change

I absolutely love this McDonald's! I visited on September 17th and the staff were incredibly patient with me. The young lady at the window was extremely polite, and it was refreshing to see a friendly smile, even with masks on. Since the pandemic began, I hadn't experienced that in a while. When I asked the gentleman at the counter for his name, he seemed a bit hesitant, but eventually told me it was Claire. I hope that really is her name—this restaurant could definitely use more employees like her!

I was enjoying my meal, but they made a mistake with my drink order. Additionally, it took a long time to receive my order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time.
