Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis coffee shop has three vegan options, vegetables with couscous, warm vegetable salad, and avocado salad with orange dressing. The price is medium. Unfortunately, the soups on the menu are not vegan. I took the couscous salad and pilati. The portion was huge! It was delicious, lettuce leaves were covered with barbecue sauce. The dish contains cauliflower, green beans and sun-dried tomatoes. Caution: There's a lacto-vega sandwich on the menu, but it's not vegan.
Vegan bowls and poké are available on request, but unfortunately not listed on the menu. About the bowl: the portion is large, the taste is a four. Ingredients: falafel (white beans, onions, garlic, khmeli-suneli, sesame oil, coriander, panko breadcrumbs), grilled peppers, baked pumpkin, edamame beans, quinoa, corn, carrots, Asian sauce (sunflower oil, sweet and sour sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce). Falafel (one piece) is quite unusual, made with white beans, huge size, shaped like a cutlet. The crust is crispy, with breadcrumbs, and very soft inner part like mashed potatoes. Certainly not falafel, but fancy and delicious. Poké ingredients: falafel (same as in the bowl), basmati rice, chukka, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, guacamole (crushed avocado with spices), lemon, sesame. I also checked the composition of chukka (since it may contain non-vegan flavors and aromatic additives), it is vegan: wakame seaweed, chopped tree mushroom, sesame oil, sugar, salt, water, acetic and citric acids, agar, sesame seeds, fructose, red pepper, food coloring E142 (vegan). Poké is tasty, large portion size, but in essence it's not that different from the bowl. Be careful with pana kota: it's not vegan, it contains gelatin. I suggested that the coffee shop administrators use a combination of agar with xanthan gum or guar gum instead of gelatin. They promised to work out my proposal to replace gelatin in pana kota with plant components.
