Przekaż informację zwrotnąEven though my husband wasn't part of the class, Bob Burgess, the owner, and Stephen, the trainer, were more than willing to speak with us about espresso equipment maintenance and address any business-related questions we had before the class began. Stephen’s extensive experience in the coffee industry, combined with his patience as a teacher, was invaluable. He provided support for the specific challenges I faced during the class and encouraged me to improve with every shot I pulled. We spent plenty of time practicing pulling shots and steaming milk—there’s so much more to it than I realized! The workshop also covered a wide array of topics, including coffee art, which is my favorite aspect. Both Bob and Stephen have many years of experience in the coffee and espresso business, and their training program is exceptionally well-structured and professional. I now feel that I have a reliable contact in the espresso world whom I can reach out to for additional questions or training in specific areas. I am very pleased with the instruction I received from Seattle Barista Academy and would highly recommend their program to anyone who is looking to enter the coffee and espresso business!

I attended a 3-hour latte art training class and had an amazing experience! I learned a lot and really enjoyed myself. You can drink the lattes you create, so be prepared for a caffeine boost if you’d like. I highly recommend it!
My fiancée took part in the one-week program offered here, and she was thoroughly impressed by the quality, depth, and extensive knowledge she gained. She learned every aspect of running and working in a coffee shop, received several spiral-bound books to keep as references, and enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the coffee industry around Seattle. She spoke very highly of the instructor as well.
