Qdoba Mexican Eats - Tukwila

I always enjoy Qdoba! This location consistently has a fast-moving line. The food is served hot and tastes fantastic. The staff is friendly and makes me feel like a regular, despite my visits being just a few times a year. The restaurant is clean, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding.

The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are very friendly. One suggestion is to ensure that all options are available in the soda machine. Additionally, it would be great if the staff could pay more attention to the tables. Just because we as customers take out our trash doesn’t necessarily mean the tables are clean.

I tried the new surf and turf dish, and it was quite tasty. I imagine it would be even better with the pico and crema, but I prefer to avoid spicy foods. The staff was friendly, but there is definitely a language barrier when it comes to making modifications to your order. I told one employee several times that I didn’t want crema or pico, but she seemed confused. In the end, she succeeded in leaving out the pico, but accidentally added crema, so she had to remake the dish. I also ordered a burrito and a side of queso, which took a lot of repeating as well. I would recommend ordering online if you have specific requests or adjustments to avoid any misunderstandings.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the incompetence of the staff. I ordered nachos as my meal, but when the delivery arrived, everything was included except for the nachos. When I reached out for help, they refused to correct the mistake and essentially told me to deal with it. The customer service was very poor, and it seems like a simple task to pay attention to orders. I hope they can improve in the future.

I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant. The first thing I noticed was how messy and unkempt it was. When you arrive, you see that other places have shiny, clean windows, but not here. The floor was also covered in dirt and garbage. To make matters worse, the staff was wearing t-shirts and appeared very unkempt. I understand it’s the 21st century, but when it comes to serving food, I do not expect to find someone’s beard or arm hair in my meal. I didn’t take any pictures because I was in a rush to get back to work and didn’t anticipate having to write a negative review.
