Pupuseria Cabanas - Tukwila

The food trucks at the parking lot of a gas station near the car rental center at SeaTac Airport serve freshly made pupusas. Expect a 10-15 minute wait, but the pupusas with sauce are incredible and could easily be considered the national dish of El Salvador. The spicy mango and cucumber (mango y pepino loco) were also very refreshing and a popular choice among customers. We would definitely return next time we're in town.

This restaurant is amazing! My best friend is from El Salvador and the food here is the closest I've ever tasted to his cooking. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. I tried two different types of pupusas, a chicken sandwich (my favorite Salvadorian dish), yuca fries, and a homemade drink with cream. The food takes a bit of time to prepare, but it's worth it as it's all made to order. I love that they serve the slaw and salsa on the side so you can add it when you're ready. I hope they can open their own restaurant one day because the meal for three of us only cost $30. Keep up the great work, I'll continue to eat here and support them in finding a permanent location.

I am from the Dominican Republic and I absolutely love their pupusas and sweet plantains!

If I'd give 6 starts, I'll give it. I really recommended just one thing that the cauliflower has something about salt. whatever it is a delicious food

Tacos are excellent, tamales are empty about half the time but they're good when they are actually filled
