Since I was very close to my old activity site from post-abiturs, I met with ancient friends for lunch here. Until a while ago, there was a rather greyish shop with swampy fast food, which has closed a lack of mass. Now a french cook has taken over the well-located small restaurant and offers a large number of exotic and floor-to-ceiling dishes to me French or slightly oriental Mahgreb... Let's go. Since we were here at noon, we were able to find out that every day four to five dishes of the main card are offered as a lunch table between six and eight euros. The boss came very personally to the table to explain the map and explain the dishes and the service brought the drinks in time fixed. Because of latency shrimp, I chose the salad Romarin with roasted shrimps on apple balsamico and leaf salad. Before the actual meal a greeting from the kitchen trudged. A slice of bread coated with spicy tomato paste, with a fried plum on a sauce mirror. There is only one thing to say: Great! The paste on bread is delicate, the taste meets the long-natured flavor umami total. The sweet plum in the hearty little bump is also wonderful. When my main court comes, I don't feel bad. What sounded so innocent turns out to be a multi-component masterpiece. In the middle of the large plate is the green salad, which is made with a creamy dressing of beautiful acidity. The amount of sauce is perfect, nothing swims in sauce, but also no salad leaf must be laborious somewhere on the plate, because not enough sauce is on it. Around the salad there were still more of the wonderful plums from the appetizer, as well as six giant garrisons fried on the spot, which were already professionally de tailed and ready to eat. Each shrimp was dressed on a small sauce slice from a tomato sauce of capers, olives, onions and anchovies, and two additional slices of bread were added to the dripping and tuning. The digestive espresso was necessary and very good, as was the little greeting from the boss in the form of a small silver box and and and colorful glasses filled with oriental peppermint tea. A wonderful concept at a beautifully located and barrier-free place within the reach of many institutes of the university. The terrace was filled to the last table and the concept of the interior was also harmonious. For my part, there is a full recommendation. A great store, a great boss who takes care of the guests personally. To do this, a flash service. Top!
Wir haben gestern zum ersten Mal dort was abgeholt und wir waren super begeistert! Alles super frisch und lecker und viele glutenfreie Möglichkeiten auch. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal. :)
Atmosphere, attention, tranquility, surprising tastes (a bisque with graved-lax), fresh, unexpected combinations steak, with plums and a twist of chocolat), a salat dressing like silk, choco-desert with lemon-sorbet and berry-parfait. Sans a la carte, just let the chef surprise you, und wirklich, wij waren...verrast! Vraiment magnifique!! If you are in a hurry, don’t take a table. If you like crispy fried chicken, keep walking. If you have prepared for a fully planned and scheduled evening, go check the next appointment in iCal. If you want to know exactly what you are going to pay once you leave, check put the prices before you take a table. Because this restaurant is about enjoying an evening of fine food, almost Art. You need to reserve at least hours of your evening to fully taste all flavors of this course heaven
I called and made a reservation on Monday for Friday. The owner asked also a SMS to have my data and the time we would come on Friday. He asked me to prepare myself for an amazing culinary experience, he informed there is no menu,...but he brings food, depending also on our preferred tastes and allergies etc. I send the sms and the reservation was made for Friday. On Friday, after having payed the parking costs we stood under the rain infront of a closed restaurant!!! Nobody ever informed us that it would be closed but nevertheless, it is always expected from the client to call to cancel a reservation.. I tried to call on the number hanging on the door, it rang just once, then silence. Unacceptable behaviour from a restaurant, which wants to consider itself among the best culinary experiences of the region... Totally unprofessional! Of course we will not support this kind of behaviour ever again, no matter how good the food can be
