Mauganeschtle (im Am Schloss Gmbh)

We stayed yesterday on Sunday (with reservation) in Mauganestle Tübingen. Upon arrival we were offered two tables to choose from, we chose the table at the entrance of the terrace. A short time later, a lady came up and said that her table was always there! A servant came and asked if we were to implement the lady was a regular guest... that could be, but then the table must not be available to other people. We followed the request and reacted. But what is very incomprehensible for me, the lady and your guests were served very quickly, more people who were already in front of us in the restaurant then got their food accordingly later. We also waited about a 3/4 hour there I wonder how does this work in the Mauganestle? The service and the food were great. However, the organization is more than behind it. This also makes a good restaurant we will not recommend the restaurant in the future and also avoid it.
