Viva Burrito - Tucson

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was friendly and quick, even when I used the late night drive-thru on a Friday. I didn't have to wait long for my food. The carne asada burrito was tasty, although I wish it had been a bit fuller for the price of $8.99. The parking was convenient, with front door parking available, and there was also handicap parking just steps away from the entrance for wheelchair accessibility.

I only visited this restaurant once. There were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, but I ended up waiting for a very long time. I ordered shredded beef tacos, rice, and beans. The beef was overcooked and dry, and the rice and beans appeared to be old. Overall, I would rate the food as 1 out of 5.

Do not bother visiting this restaurant. The burritos are very small and are priced the same as Filiberto's, where you get three times the amount of meat. Additionally, the meat at Filiberto's is much more flavorful. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Food rating: 1 out of 5.

I don't recommend going at night sevice is a bit long food good for the most part, an the drive through suck only good for small cars and the 5 rolled taco combo is no longer a combo so NO DRINK)Food: 3/5

Trying to get a hold of a manger is a joke they give you the run around. Anyways I left my debit card last Friday night 4/7/23 which come to find out someone broke into a vehicle in the Desert Shadow's neighborhood and placed my debit card in the vehicle. Smdh VIVA BURRITO Shame on you whoever did this! I will be contacting your corporate office!
