I felt invisible and insignificant, and it was clear that the staff had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. It seemed like they were more focused on making their job as easy as possible rather than taking care of their customers. In the end, I paid almost $7 for a drink that I didn't enjoy, and this experience makes me reluctant to return to this location. While I know that not all staff are this careless, today was a stark reminder of poor customer service, leaving me with a bad taste and a feeling of dissatisfaction.
The customer service needs a serious improvement here. I loved 90 percent of the food; it was delicious. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was lacking. I've decided to take my business elsewhere if the service doesn't improve.
The best stars on campus are at the Starbucks in the Btw bookshop, but the service there is not good.
To go to this dieucks could be more painful than to go to the dmw. literal without my drink, because after 20 minutes of cooling my $4 passion tee should not wait anymore.
Worst Starbucks in Tucson. Every time I go, service is terrible. It takes FOREVER to get your drink. Everyone seems half asleep every time I go, the staff work in slow motion. They never seem trained and are always getting my order wrong and making my drink after many people behind me in line. Save your money and go to the location on Euclid and University instead, much better experience and service always.
