Seven Cups Fine Chinese Teas - Tucson

Seven Cups is a great place to try new teas of which you may have never even heard. Lake was our server and she helped us through the menu, gave us suggestions based on teas that we knew we've liked before. She even shared some extra tea with us that she told us about but we didn't order. The atmosphere of the tea shop is very relaxing and allows for great conversation. My wife really liked the snacks too!

The place is beautiful and the tea was delicious. However, we arrived an hour before closing and we waited 5 mins to be seated and 20 mins for them to take our order. We finally got our tea 30 mins before closing, and ten minutes later were asked to pay. At 6:05pm on the dot the lights were turned off, even though two other tables hadn't paid and all three tables still had half full pots of tea. Over all, I felt neglected by the staff and rushed through the entire process.

Service was excellent! Tea was great and the snacks were perfect. Will definitely be back here to try different teas. Check their seasonal menu!!!Food: 5/5

Cool spot, high quality tea and tea ware. They open kind of late for a tea house and could use more food options, but the snacks I had were good.

I waited 25 minutes for someone to take my order, or ask of I needed anything. You walked past me 5 times, but asked everyone else if they were happy. The food gave me food poisoning, and the service was terrible. The tea wasnt worth $12 dollars for your servers disgusted attitude toward my table.The place feels like a dungeon, and the aura of the people working matches the tone of the building.Im not sure if its because I'm a female, or had tattoos, but you treated me like an unwanted intruder in your prestigious bubble. I will certainly rather drink tea at circle k, because the workers are courteous, and inclusive of everyone, no matter how they look. Shout out to Circle K.
