Friendly and very attentive service, great food. Pictured are Vietnamese roll with shrimp, pork, vegetable, and noodles with peanut sauce; shrimp and immatation crab with rice noodles, side of bean sprouts, cilantro, and jalapeno; chicken skewers with peanut sauce. All very tasty!

This was craycroft location . Food was good, but the lady at the reception was super unfriendly . I called to place the order and she found difficult to understand and hand over the phone to a guy very disrespectful way and the guy , answered in a friendly manner. When i went to pick up this lady at the reception handover food for pick ups , not even looking or greeting the customers , super unfriendly . This is the first time i saw this kind of bad customer service. Will never go to craycroft again , i have tried the other two locations , they know what customer service is

I would've given it a higher rating if the food I ordered for 4:20/4:25 wasn't ready an hour prior to when it should have been and subsequently sat on the counter for that hour.

Trying this place out for the first time in Tucson and i have to say i was not impressed: 1. pho: pho broth was mediocre, too sweet for authentic viet pho broth. I order the one with the combo of both meatball and beef slices #23) and there was barely any meatball in my pho. Noodle was overcooked. They are also stingy with providing the side condiments bean sprouts) and sauces. 2. Appetizer combo with spring rolls: veggies in the wrap was not fresh. Meat slices in the appetizer tasted mediocre without much seasoning3. Pricing: overpriced for the quality I did live in orange county for several years and grew up in Asia. I also have close friend's mom who made me authentic viet food from scratch so yes my taste bud is very spoiled. However, with the inflation of economy limited belly space/ money that I have to spend, i want my food to be good to max my spending power PS: I dont really recommend this place

Zero customer service at this location. Not even an acknowledgment that you are even going to be helped. 3 people standing up front, not one of them could be bothered to help anyone that was waiting in line. 1 girl wearing an orange shirt and maybe managers. One male in a blue shirt. One female in a purple shirt. Not one of them cared at all that people were waiting. Ridiculous!
