Przekaż informację zwrotnąDrive thru service. when we were pulled in the first track, we were asked if we would use the McDonald app. Once we said no, there was silence for about 2 minutes before we went to leave after to get their attention several times. they knew we were there because of the first interaction.
Mostly their commands are taken wrong and they never gave chocolate shakes because they do not want to dirty the shaking machine
There was no dine in when we arrived at the place at local 7:00pm. We ended up paying more per coffee though we had deal coupons from Mcdee app. Unhappy that even after explaining clearly we were charged more. Please start the dine in serving at the earliest, drive thru is a real pain for customers and store to deal with customer rush.
Drive thru outside wouldn’t move. Went inside to order and the staff were all eating French fries behind the counter which was weird. The woman who offered to take my order for some reason had the front of her shirt drenched in what looked like vomit. Hard to tell. So I left and went to Burger King.
Most McDonald's have 2 bays to place your order. When I arrived there I took the 1 bay there was only 1 car in front of me. Second bay had 3 cars. But for some reason they weren't taking orders. I pulled out and went to the second bay. The car in the 1st bay had to finally pullout and go to the 2nd bay. Girl taking the money wasn't at the window I had to wait for a long while. It took a while to get my food. Looked like they were confused or lost. Good is good service wasn't.
