My first time in this restaurant. family come together for my oldest big son's 20th birthday surprise. I guess it started well. we waited for a few family members. I'm probably waiting for the employees to put together our tables. once sitting, we were informed that we had two servers..work one side each. First we had reserved 15 people. when the time went on, 4 did not do it. as it turned out, we all ended with just one server. not exactly sure what was going on with her when she commanded us. they brought us our drinks and bread weavers and butter, which were very good. that was the last attempt we all have. most salates were wrong. only some of us were served our food and what we ordered. I never received my food until 2 1/2 hours later in a container (which I requested) and it was 't right. Earlier we were asked if we wanted more brot (insoluble by us,) we said yes, we never got that. Obviously, some of our orders were not sent over the computer. we tried to eat what we had done with dirty things, not picked up until we were ready to go. my son talked to the manager who spent a lot of time talking to patrons. the manager apologises that he was not aware that the problems had, he is from California. it is not his business, etc., instead of coming to the root of the problem, he made talk. a little later, my son went back to the manager who thought the dinge had been fixed. he obviously didn't stop. we had a bill of over $300. he wanted to give us 25% discount. my son hadn't. the manager eventually went to 50% angel, the manager, made more talk. to take over responsibility and to make it right without constantly complaining. I haven't eaten my dinner until today. while I felt bad for the server if it was overwhelmed, she would have asked for help and follow on our commands. my decision was wrong when she gave it to me. ? we sang happy birthday, at cupcakes, not the cake, and left very angry and disappointed.
Jumps on the first attempt here due to limited menu points and a picky meal. I will try again.
There was a steak. the price went up, but was ready to pay the price. 1. We stood there for 10 minutes to sit. 2. we ordered drinks and the waitress brought the wrong drinks. 3. we tried to tell her, and I quote, I have my hands full. 4. We waited again about 10 minutes, she never came back. we said the hostess and she said you had to tell the waitress. that was a bad service for the price we will never return.
I had to send an Audio to the Management, who were very helpful, although it would not be Smart if they screwed this up too. Now I want to Qualify this- with this Steak House I had not had a Bad meal or experience until one afternoon with a manager [in Tucson] named Jazmin/Jasmine, whatever. She SUCKED BAD!!! When it came to Handling a situation easily and Properly. She DID NOT!!! I was so pissed that this silly little un-manager couldn 't even handle a simple and plain situation. I didn 't know if she was romantically involved with the people that were making things annoying for Everyone else or if she was just an Idiot. She did not make anything better and when I was leaving the restaurant [and this had never happened before] she is by the front door with a Stupid look on her face and she shout at me HAVE A NICe DAY siR!!! As in F-You in her Plastic Smile way. I see that many young mangers and employees don 't understand and do not have the Life-Experience to understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. They think it means saying You 're Welcome! That doesn 't fix anything or put a button-point on Courtesy. I really like LongHorn Steak House, so way to go L.H.STKHSE! It is simply just that the Jazmin 's/Jasmine 's of the industry ruined it for me and many others too, so Don 't Hire Jazmins/Jasmines like her, there. Way to go Jazmin/Jasmine the Plastic Manager.
