Little Caesars Pizza - Tucson

Today the pizza was a deep dish cheese, it was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the new stuffed crazy bread and it was life changing! The garlic butter is so good and when we now add the cheese surprise in the middle.. win win. We ordered online and set a pickup time for 30 minutes out. Arrived at scheduled time via drive through window and it was ready to go. Very kind employees and all had masks.

Apparently according to the manager this location stops making pizzas 20 minutes before they close lol

Ordered a extramost bestest, they said around 10 to 15 mins it would be done. So i wait in my car and go back 10 mins later and the guy at the counter went and got it from the back. I get home and open the box and the pizza looks like a hot and ready pizza. It was dry like it had been sitting there all day and half of the slices were more crust. Horrible pizza. This location sucks. Go to the oracle and rogers location they are 100x much better there.

Let the picture tell the story here. I was going to give 1 star, but I'm giving 2 stars instead because they were very kind on the phone and replaced the pizza with no questions asked. The manager let me check the new one to make sure it was ok. I appreciated that a ton, but I can't believe they would actually sell a pizza as burnt and poorly made as this one. It's actually pretty funny.

The curly headed **** of an employee messed up my order 2X! He had his headphones in the whole time and didn't know what he was doing half the time. I hate this location. I wish there was improvement. Our crazy bread was dry as hell, along with the pizza
