Lin's Grand Buffet - Tucson

Overall, the food was quite good. The steak was decent, and they also offer crawfish. The interior is spacious, and the service was excellent! They have a takeout buffet available, priced by weight. Rating: 4/5.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant is a large, beautiful building with plenty of parking available. We arrived right when they opened, and the buffet tables looked enticing, with a line starting to form to get in. Unfortunately, the letdown came when we discovered that all of the food, despite its appealing appearance, was cold or only warm—the egg drop soup was warm, not hot. I'm not sure if this is typical for them, but the hibachi grill, where you can get your food hot, is the only reason I would consider returning. Additionally, I noticed that the restrooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a significant sewage issue. As a final note, this was the first Chinese buffet I've ever been to that offered enchiladas.

Lins was decent overall. They have a large selection of dishes, with some being better than others, but everything was served hot and the food displays were well-stocked. There's a good mix of different options available. The service was excellent, and parking was convenient. However, there were a few downsides, such as the torn booth seats and the very dirty restrooms, including a broken paper towel dispenser. I plan to return, but I hope those areas will see some improvements next time.

The food here is great and fresh. The service is very nice and efficient. But I gotta say, this place is in serious need of a make over—deep cleaning and some paint.Today, I was seated at a booth where the seat was cracked. After sitting 15 min, my pants were soaked through! Nasty!!! Thankfully I was on my way to the airport and had a change of clothes.The staff was really apologetic—it’s not their fault the owners let it get run down.I doubt we’ll be back for a very long time : /Parking: Lots of handicap at the door

I asked multiple times for a high chair for my 2 year old. Never got one. It's busy for a reason though. The sushi is good as anything. The buffet is not for people who don't like packed places. But like I said the food is good that is why it is always packed. However price is ridiculous. For 2 adults and a 2 year old 45 bucks. Now adults are like 12, kids 7 and some change. The drinks are expensive. Apparently 20 for 2 drinks. It is worth going even at the most inflated soda prices I have ever seen.Vegetarian options: Limited veggies for a Chinese place. Chinese is like half veggies.Parking: Lot of spots. Not enough spots for delivery drivers like doordash ect.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no need for ramps outside. They have floor seating for wheelchairs.
