Great tortillas! especially the old tortillas. it would be great to see more use of chalk like sonoran weizen and spelz.

The dead. yum jalapeños tort the empanadas are really good. the red chili also good, but the fools are hit or miss. I live a block of alvernon and pima.

I have sent the tortillas of la mesa for years in new york. they are the gold standard of flour tortillas. there is nothing like her and I? ve isst flour tortillas since I made a child in yuma 70 years ago? by a Mexican worker in the usa under the Bracero program. ll send everywhere in the land and believe me when they? you are a tortilla person? ll back for more.

First off they charge .50 cents whwn you pay in card . And it?s not the register , it?s the actual store , they add .50 cents to your order which I personally believe they are keeping it for themselves. I heard them talk to their employees very unprofessionally it?s kinda sad . The place looks unsanitary. So sad cause the tortillas are so good but professional wise ? I don?t even think they know the definition of ?professional ?

We stumbled in here after doing yoga next door. We were excited to take home some freshly made local tortillas. We got 2 dozen of the flour, medium burrito size. Only sad we weren't there on a day to score the jalapeno ones! The tortillas are delicious! They were still warm so we ate one in the car as we drove back to Phoenix and froze the rest when we got home. We've already thawed some out and they are just as wonderful as they were fresh. Great local business! Young woman who checked us out was great! She answered our questions and was very knowledgeable.
