La Mesa Tortillas - Tucson

This restaurant is definitely a must-visit. The quality, taste, and freshness of the food are outstanding. We ordered one of everything, and it was all fantastic. The red meat was my personal favorite. The tortillas were exceptionally good, just as the name suggests. They also offer some amazing drinks that you really have to try.

I have been ordering La Mesa tortillas in New York for years, and they truly set the gold standard for flour tortillas. There’s nothing quite like them. I’ve been enjoying tortillas since I was a child in Yuma, where I got my first taste from a Mexican worker who had come to the U.S. under the Bracero program. They ship these amazing tortillas all over the country, and trust me, once you try them, you’ll be coming back for more.

The meal was so fantastic that it felt like it had been made with love at home.

We stumbled here after yoga next door. we were thrilled to take some freshly made local tortillas home. we have 2 dozen flour, medium Burrito size. only sad we were not there on a day to score the jalapeno! the tortillas are delicious! they were still warm, so we ate one in the car when we drove to phoenix and frozen the rest when we came home. we've already had a few and they're just as wonderful as fresh. great local business! young woman who checked us out was great! she answered our questions and was very knowledgeable.

I go in once a month to buy tamales!!!! They are so delicious and so filling. This month I got a dozen of each! Very friendly staff and very welcoming!! Also the tortillas are mouthwatering! Everything is at a reasonable price and sooooo worth it!!!!!!!!
