Kenney D's Chicago Style Sandwiches

Italian combo is really good! Like everything else, it's gone up. Still à great sandwich!

I've been going to Kenny D's for 20 years even with ownership changes. It hasn't changed much until recently. The prices have skyrocketed. I understand that prices do go up, but they have really gone up. I like Kenny D's and will continue to go but not as frequently.

Very disappointed in the new owners. I was told by the cashier that french fries was included with my sandwich. When I got home there were no french fries. I tried to call them back for over two hours they did not answer the phone. When I approached them the next day I was told that the cashier was wrong and that they were not going to do anything about it. I did not even get an I 'm sorry for the confusion . They literally did not care that I was misled. There are too many restaurants that Appreciate the customer more than the people at this restaurant.
