Reliable pizza better earlier if you can catch a slice of the elote pizza. Always great desserts too, seating can be a lil weird on busy nights

I would give this restaurant five stars for the food, as the pizza is delicious. However, I have been disappointed with the service, not because of the employees who are all good people. Ordering a pizza should be simple, but the last few times have been frustrating. The first time took 30 minutes, which was fine. The second time took three phone calls and a one-hour wait. I kept trying to reach them, but the phone line may have been down due to the rain. The third time, I didn't bother ordering because the website was down and I couldn't order online. It seems that half of their menu items are not available anymore, maybe due to Covid. I would have ordered more if items were available. I hope they make it more convenient for customers to order because they have really good pizza and could have way more customers. Just some feedback to help improve the ordering process.

This downtown restaurant serves the best pizza. We stopped in for a few slices before a show and enjoyed them at the bar with a cocktail. The pepperoni and cheese pizza was delicious, though I tend to stick with the more traditional options. They also offer tasty monthly specialty pies.

The NY style pizza at this restaurant used to be excellent, but my enjoyment of it has decreased over time. I used to eat lunch there at least once a week, but they recently closed the indoor seating area, forcing customers to sit outside in the heat. Additionally, they now charge an extra 50 cents for a small to-go box. They used to offer Coke products on fountain, but have since switched to cans and now charge extra for them. The slice and drink lunch special only includes Pepsi products. On a recent visit, I tried to buy a slice and drink combo for a homeless person, but was informed that they are not allowed to let me purchase food for someone else. Overall, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
