We started our meal with some refreshing drinks, including Corona Lites, Pacifico Drafts, a fabulous House Margarita, and an exceptional Moscow Mule. The fresh oysters tasted like they had just been harvested from the sea—perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The ceviche was incredible, showcasing a fresh and flavorful dish that completely transformed any preconceived notions of overly prepared or overcooked seafood. The generous portion was a delight. The Fish of the Day—Red Snapper—was meticulously prepared and delicious with every bite. The La Marisquera entrée featured sautéed seafood in white wine, including mussels, calamari, and octopus, presenting a remarkable southwestern twist on Bouillabaisse! As for my dish, the Octopus entrée, it was beyond words! For anyone who loves well-prepared octopus like I do, you know how rare it is to find a place that gets it just right. Cooked to perfect tenderness and slightly charred on the grill to enhance its sweet-and-salty flavor, it was simply exquisite! We concluded our meal with their Miti Miti dessert, a semi-traditional flan reimagined with coconut and dulce de leche—it was a revelation! Our experience here deserves high praise, and the chef and staff are to be commended for their remarkable and unique presentation, leaving us eager to return very soon!
