Chickenuevo - Tucson

I have been searching for a nearby place where I can satisfy my craving for chicken, and I finally found it!

The chicken at this restaurant is exceptional and the prices are unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and their service is consistently excellent. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I ordered 4 meals with sides at this restaurant, but one of the meals was not what I had requested. I had ordered 4 soft tacos with shredded chicken, flour tortillas, and rice. However, the plate I received had soggy flour tortillas soaked in red chicken that was overly salty, as if they were trying to mask the taste of old chicken. It was truly revolting, and to make matters worse, I never received the side of rice I had ordered. Of the other 3 orders, I had 5 crunchy chicken tacos with two sides of macaroni salad. The corn tortillas in the tacos were over-fried, and each taco had only a small amount of shredded chicken in the middle along with lettuce, purple onions, and sour cream on top. As for the macaroni salad, it was gummy and tasted like old ham. I also ordered two Horchatas, and my total bill came out to over $50. I had trusted that everything I ordered would be in my bag when I got home, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I wish good luck to those who continue to dine there regularly.

The chips and guacamole are fantastic! The presentation is always impressive. This is a great place to stop for chicken and tacos.

I'm looking for somewhere near when that's the only thing that's gonna do for me and I finally found it!
