Chick-fil-a - Tucson

I had to go to this Chick-fil-A location because I am currently away from home and my usual Chick-fil-A on Ina, which is fantastic. The first day, I waited in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes without any apology for the delay, even though I mentioned I would be late for work if I didn't receive my order soon. The second day, I ordered 2 number 7 with chicken and cheese only on English muffins, but my order came on biscuits instead, which upset my stomach. I went back and got a second incorrect order with some sort of burger instead of the chicken I asked for. When I mentioned to the manager about the mistakes causing me to be late to work two days in a row, she simply said, "we just opened." This store lacks proper customer service compared to other Chick-fil-A locations I've visited. Unfortunately, until I return home, I have to go to McDonald's in the mornings.

I tried the new sandwich and was disappointed because it was tossed in a box and made a mess. It wasn't the kind of mess I enjoy. I do love this place, but I was upset with how my order was prepared. However, I did also get some delicious nuggets and macaroni. Despite the mishap, I am willing to wait for good food at this restaurant.

We waited in a very long line for the new milkshake. Our order was mixed up and we received one caramel cookie crumble and one vanilla. Mistakes happen, but it was concerning to see the person at the window overwhelmed with orders and also handling payments. There was a lot of food sitting around in bags at the window, along with a second set of shakes. This may have been the correct set, but it was still not up to corporate standards. It is likely not the workers' fault, though.

Yes, is the little things! The Cobb Salad's dressing, tomatoes, the tea, the music genre, the fresh flowers... Yes, I checked. Best fast restaurant in the area!Is the little things.

I love their chicken sandwiches! Plus their lemonade is fantastic. Love the option to have grilled instead of fried chicken. It's a really great place! The employees are always helpful and super energetic! Plus they keep the panhandlers away from customers. It's a win win in my book.
