Awesome food! Really enjoyed the setting and the quality of the food. Had a nice conversation with my friend, who I had just picked up from the airport, so we had a lot of catching up to do since we hadn’t seen each other for almost a year.

Very busy place good for them). The best part of the night was the very pleasant host. Service was somewhat slow. I believe it was not the servers fault, but just too much for her to do. That was not a deal breaker but the food simply was not up to a standard we have come to expect. We go to Vivace restaurant frequently and the price, service and ambiance is just so much better. I am so sorry to say). I hope you can find room for improvement if you wish).

We normally love Caffe Torino, but the kitchen was off on this visit. It won't stop us from going back but I'm sad when you are looking forward to having a favorite meal and it's blah.

I show up at 8:11, my reservation was 8:30. There was 2 couples ahead of us, mind you this is Valentine’s Day. the lady says “I got over booked” so I can already tell it’s going to be a cluster f . Anyways I’m waiting with my date, the couple in front of me asked for a booth, the lady said she would put them at the bar, buy them free drinks until a booth becomes available. At this point it’s 8:25, 2 other couples walk in. That makes it 4 people behind us, the lady asks for my name, I tell her, she says “oh no I’m taking 8:15 reservations rn” and then the people behind me claim to have a reservation at that time, which makes them 10 minutes late, she leaves, comes back, SITS US DOWN at a booth, asks for my name, we are already seated, proceeds to say “oh no I’m taking the 8:15 sorry” mind you they were late, she kicks us out of our booth, seats the two LATE people in their booth. So we left and went to Carrabbas and they got us in and in a booth in THREE minutes, I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life, you don’t sit someone down and then kick them out for someone who’s LATE to their reservations. I will NEVER be returning, I will take it to the better business Bureau and to corporate. This was unacceptable. Terrible service, how come we weren’t offered free drinks until a booth clears up? Exactly. Terrible service. Don’t attend. There’s a reason they have 3 stars on yelp. Lesson learned.
