Burger King - Tucson

This restaurant has the most disorganized team I have ever encountered. The manager yells orders, causing chaos as they scramble to fulfill them. Customers have to place their orders outside because of the lack of organization and coordination inside the restaurant.

I always enjoy eating at this restaurant. The service is consistently good, although that may be because I have been coming here for a long time. The food is top-notch, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

On November 4th, 2022 at 5 o'clock, we decided to visit this restaurant because we have always received fast service and enjoyed the food. However, our experience tonight was a disaster. There was a long line, the wait for our food felt endless, and it was undercooked. Additionally, when we asked for separate bags for each meal, they were packed incorrectly. It seems like the staff had a bad day and were moving slowly. To the restaurant owner, please retrain your staff or you may lose a lot of business. As for us, we will not be returning and will be sharing our negative experience with others.

I got breakfast and a soda here. The food was OK nothing great nothing terrible that's great not the terrible. The problem that I have is that the fountain drinks are not Dispensing the appropriate amount of syrup to the carbonated water. I tried 4 different spouts and each one tasted like bubbly water rather than a Coke a sprite or a root beer or a Dr Pepper. If you do stop here avoid the fountain drinks it's not worth the cost
