Bruegger's Bagels - Tucson

First of all, we definitely don't have enough bagel shops in the Tucson area. Because of that, I'm stuck going to this location unless I want to drive an extra 15 minutes. The young man who assisted me was wearing a dirty mask, which was concerning. I ordered four bagels: two plain with plain cream cheese toasted, and two toasted sandwiches. When I got home, only one sandwich was correct, and one of my cream cheese bagels wasn't toasted at all. The establishment was also dirty, and I was really disappointed. From now on, I'll be buying store-bought bagels and making them at home. Times are tough, and businesses need our support, but they must also ensure their staff is presentable and their location is clean.

This is a great place. It's open early for early risers or people who start work early. So far I haven't tried one thing I didn't like. Prices are fair for what you get too!

This was my worst experience yet at Bruegger's. While the customer service was good and prevented me from giving a lower rating, the bagels were quite disappointing. Contrary to the appearance in the photo, the bagels were surprisingly small. Furthermore, by the time we got home and unpacked them, they were stuck together. Some even seemed a bit undercooked.

The smoked salmon bagel and the veggie bagel were both tasty. However, the cappuccino I ordered didn't quite meet my expectations for a traditional cappuccino. On a positive note, the service was friendly.
