Panini Bay Waterfront Restaurant

We had a great breakfast in panini bay. the service was great, eating was excellent tuna. wow and the desserts were the funnel! I highly recommend this restaurant! a jewel of grace.

This place is fantastic. It was just dumb luck that I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant, but thank goodness I did. The food was some of the best ive had in a long time. Linguine and Clams with sausage was great. We got a side of the mamas meat sauce to go with the bread and again that was great. The service was prompt and attentive. The views of the bay were very romantic especially at sunset. I only wish this amazing restaurant was closer to home so I could go more often.

This has been one of our favorite places at the Jersey shore for many years. Previous owners and current owners never disappointed. My wife’s favorite is the hot Italian sausage and clams over linguine which is as she says “off the charts delicious “. I have had it and agree. However it was not quite as good this weekend. It was very good but she said something was different. I had creamy shrimp and linguine which was just ok. Everything is always excellent here so that won’t keep us from going back. Perhaps the chef is different before the season really kicks in. My rating is ONLY for our last visit as I would give them 5 stars for the many other times we have been there. Very friendly staff! Great views if you can score a table in the front room.

The view was beautiful. My salad with grilled ahi tuna was excellent. The bread for the table was crisp with tasty olive oil. Friends burger was cooked perfectly. Grilled eggplant on baguette and balsamic vinegar drizzle was sooo good. I like a more moist sandwich. The waitress suggested extra balsamic dressing. It was perfect.

I ordered the seafood combination over pasta, the presentation was beautiful, but the healed was over boiled very dried out and overall no taste, which ever. I had to sprinkle sharp pepper flakes to give him something taste that does not yet improve the dish. I was so disappointed as we have often eaten here in pastness and will not go back for some time.
