As a business traveler I've found it to be a quick healthy option. But the salad has never been a single trip, and there was nothing on the menu to indicate that it was. I spoke to the manager, and she said there was supposed to be a sign. Ok but there wasn't. Wrote to their customer service and got no response. You can rip me off exactly one time, folks. From now on I'll go elsewhere.
Ordered online, the order was not ready and incorrect. The guacamole was old. So no order the guacamole. The bread was stale that came with the salad.
Great customer service as always. We came in for lunch on a Sunday and had the leftovers for dinner, that’s how big the portions are. I ordered the corn beef on rye with mustard and Swiss. The side salad bar and half turkey with broccoli cheddar soup.
The food we did get tasted good and was fresh, but it took forever and didn't include everything. I ordered one of the new bowls and it came without any quinoa. My husband's muffaletta had less than half of the meat that it would normally have. The restaurant was not busy on a Wednesday night, but it still took 20 minutes for us to get our orders and then they weren't even right.
June 24, 2022, Jason's Deli Tucker GA location, 7:14pm. I have dined at Jason's Deli several times, even twice this week. But this day was unbelievable. Salad bar out or barely had items. And when we arrived, the ice cream machine was present. The location closes at 10pm. The machine was taken away around 7:30pm. The staff wasn't concerned about restocking. I'm not sure what was going in this night but has me concerned about returning.
