The Monina Rm - Tubigon

The exterior of the restaurant is appealing, but unfortunately, the interior tells a different story. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms are in poor condition, with rusty sinks, showers, and faucets. Additionally, there's an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. Some staff members seem more focused on their phones than assisting with luggage, indicating a lack of training in customer service. The only redeeming quality is the lovely location.

The food was excellent and served in generous portions! The only downside was that they don’t extend their hours even when there are still customers present. We were about to order desserts and a fruit platter, but were informed that the chef had already finished for the night. I really wish they would take the time to serve their last customers instead of leaving them hanging. I can’t comment on the rooms, though.

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was decent. However, the other services, such as room maintenance and cleanliness, need improvement.

The prices are reasonable, but the standard room could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. There are visible marks on the walls. Additionally, having reliable and fast Wi-Fi in the rooms is essential. If they provide that, I would definitely give this place 5 stars.

The food is excellent, but the service is quite slow. The restaurant has a lovely swimming pool. However, the room was unfortunately infested with mosquitoes.
