Butcher Brothers - Tualatin

This restaurant is located at the back of the Whole Foods market, and I didn’t notice it until hockey season when I spotted their TV at the bar, which also serves beer. I saw they offered pulled pork sandwiches, so of course, I had to try one. It was very flavorful and, by far, much better than the last two places I visited. The meat is cooked to perfection, with two varieties available, one featuring more char! The bun has a great crispy yet chewy texture, and the coleslaw and other toppings enhance the sandwich nicely. Pair it with a Mac n Jack beer, and it makes for an almost perfect lunch. The only thing missing is sweet potato fries to make it completely flawless. It’s definitely the second-best pulled pork I’ve had in Oregon.

Delicious pulled pork and brisket! The buns they use are absolutely amazing! The server was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. It was a bit tricky to locate since it's situated inside Whole Foods.

Even though it's in a busy grocery store, it tends to be surprisingly quiet during my visits, especially around happy hour (3-6 PM), and I've never encountered large crowds. The rustic farmhouse ambiance creates a cozy oasis; I've even brought a book to read here, and I've noticed other students using their laptops to study. It's suitable for people of all ages, offering something for everyone. There’s plenty of seating at the bar and at tables, and the service has been consistently excellent. All in all, this place serves quality food at reasonable prices. Plus, you can't beat the $4 pint during happy hour! If you're in the area or just need a quick escape while shopping, I highly recommend checking it out.

This is four star food but 2 star service. I found this on Yelp and drove around the building a few times before I noticed it's inside Whole Foods. Decided to try a brisket sandwich which was very good. I also tried the tater tots and they did not disappoint. I was also happy to see that they served cold beer. On the negative side the meat was not very hot and the service was horrible. There was one person working and they seemed to be stuck in 2nd gear...

They used to be decent. Last time I went the brisket was tough and the bark translucent and flavorless. Also, they used to serve so some tasty beans but, last time I went, they said they don 't make those anymore.
