Waffle House - Trussville

I absolutely adore this waffle house! As a waffle house connoisseur, I can confidently say it's among the best I've visited. They even separated our breakfast for us, which was fantastic.

The food was fairly good, but the service was lacking. Our waitress didn't come by to check on us, so we had to ask another waitress for refills.

The service was outstanding! The waitress was on her own, handling both cooking and serving, and she did an incredible job given the circumstances.

It's a Waffle House, so it lives up to expectations—clean and serving classic diner fare. The only downside for me is the lack of pancakes, but I don’t really expect them to have them. I have to assume that the waitstaff at every Waffle House is excellent because I've always had great servers. The young lady serving us this time was no exception.

The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. The restaurant was bustling, but the team managed everything smoothly without any issues.
