Starbucks - Trussville

This Starbucks is my top choice for business meetings. They are typically very efficient, even when it's busy. The drinks are consistently good, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've been to many Starbucks locations, but this one remains my favorite.

The drive-thru was quite slow today, but our drinks were absolutely delicious, and the employees were very kind and respectful. I'll definitely return. This is my favorite local spot, and I've visited many places. The people here are great!

I always enjoy my hot quad venti white mocha, stirred just right! The wait in the drive-thru can be a bit long, but the quality of the drinks and the service make it worthwhile. It’s a bit pricey for me, so I can only treat myself to it about once a month, especially with prices continuing to increase. This isn’t just a local issue; it’s more of a corporate concern.

I ordered a hot caramel Macchiato in error. I wanted to order an ice cream drink. You fixed my order without any problems. Although they mix my sister order and delayed the pick-up time.

I visit this restaurant frequently, but I often find that my iced drinks come with little to no ice, leaving them not very cold. Additionally, sometimes the flavor doesn’t match what I've experienced at other locations. If you visit during peak hours, the drive-thru line can take about 15 to 20 minutes to get through, so if you're in a hurry, it's better to go inside. The parking situation is also quite challenging at this location.
