Fox's Pizza Den Trussville

Got my order wrong and told me to take it up with DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t make the wrong pizza, you did SAMF!!! Didn’t try to rectify the problem, instead shifted the blame. To add insult to injury, the food I did receive looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, yet everything was cold.

Pizza was really good. And service was to. I'd recommend giving them a try.

After experiencing terrible customer service at Marco's, we went to Fox's Pizza Den. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who took our order and thanked us. The food was great (pizza for my wife and a turkey hoagie for me) and was served by the same pleasant young lady who took our order. The only downsides were the lack of unsweetened tea due to a broken machine and the restrooms that are next door at a convenience store. Both of these did not detract from the wonderful service and tasty food!

Ordered a to go order. Was shocked at how delicious this Italian sausage Stromboli was. Delicious!! GREAT STAFF TOO! Thank you!

I had a rough experience when calling in an order due to it being the wrong location, but the staff was very nice about the situation and the policies in place were not their fault. Upon leaving a negative review, the manager gave me a call and made right of the situation and was very apologetic. If you call in an order make sure you are calling the correct store to avoid the issues I had.
