Fox's Pizza Arcade - Trussville

Excellent pizza and wings. They are popular so there can be a wait for take out our delivery but it's worth the wait.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and delicious food. Plus, there's an arcade for the kids to enjoy. Unfortunately, about half of the machines are either broken or in disrepair and could use some maintenance. Overall, it's still a great place to visit.

I tried to call this restaurant seven times within an hour. Each time they finally answered, I was put on hold. After giving up for about an hour, when I finally reached someone and placed my order for delivery, it took two and a half hours for our food to arrive. If I had a car, I would have gone anywhere else. This was the worst food and service I have ever experienced in my life. In total, it took about four hours just to get pizza, lasagna, and tea. Never again! To this day, I still haven't heard anything from a manager or anyone after I lodged a complaint. I understand that jobs can be tough and they might have been busy, but if they wouldn't answer my calls, who else were they ignoring?

Update 8/4: Here are some pictures of last night’s Double Bacon Cheeseburger pizza with light sauce and extra cheddar cheese, along with the cheese breadsticks. The food has always been great since they opened in Clay, and they remain the most reliable delivery option in the area. Thank you for the excellent service! We’re looking forward to many more meals from this restaurant.

The food and service were excellent. We used the party room a few times, and the grandchildren really enjoyed the arcade.
