Five Guys - Trussville

I like the fries a great deal. Unfortunately, even the price of the fries now has made me not want to go back! Over $7, sorry, five guys, sometimes good things come to sad end.

Walked in to get my order and you could tell bro at the counter was higher than a Boeing 757. He told me it wasn’t ready so I sat down and waited 10 minutes. Went back to the counter and bro told me he thought I left the store and that they stopped making my food. 10 more minutes later I get a whistle from the counter not even a verbal notice that my food is ready. Also the food was pretty mid XD probably would’ve had better fries and a burger from McDonald’s.

Just ordered online. I didn't get the burger I requested, even though it's listed on the receipt. They charge too much to not get what I asked for. And no one answered the phone listed on the website.

InSANELY priced. But it's good... not how it's priced but one and done. This 5 guys doesn't care aboit people like the others do. If I'm paying $50 for husband,son and myself I expect people to be

Moved from the Pinnacle fairly new place The burgers are a little pricey but it's well worth it they are better in my opinion than Freddy's make sure you specify grill onions or regular onions the grill onions taste best
