Crazy Horse - Trussville

This restaurant is amazing! It has the best filet mignon I've ever tasted.

The food was outstanding, but the service did not meet the expectations that come with the prices.

I took my family to Crazy Horse last weekend, and while the service was excellent, the food left much to be desired. I must emphasize that both the service and the cocktails were great; however, our meals arrived nearly cold, which was surprising since we only waited a few minutes. Personally, I found my duck dish comparable to what you might find at office events. I acknowledge that it was a late dinner, and since we didn’t want to make a fuss, we didn't inform the staff or ask for a replacement. I also felt that the quality of the food did not match its price. Additionally, the live music needs to be more professionally managed in such a venue. The vocals from the two-member band were overwhelmed by loud drumming, which was disappointing for a live music experience.

I originally had a 5 star. But I was less impressed every time I go (3 times). To take this restaurant completely out of my list. It took almost 10 minutes until someone came to our table. We had finished our appetizers before we got our wine (we had ordered everything when the waitress finally came to the table). And wait an hour for our food.

Excellent food and service. Breakfast is fantastic. Pancakes are beyond incredible!
