Parichat's Asia Thai - Truro

We were served by the sweetest and most lovely waitress. She is an older woman who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was fantastic; we enjoyed the Massaman Bark Curry, Chicken Pillow Thai, Herbal Spring Rolls, and a delightful portion of crispy roasted bananas.

During a spontaneous visit to Truro for lunch with my sister, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The meal was exceptional and the owner was incredibly friendly. I couldn't get enough of the delicious vegan tofu curry. I will definitely be making a point to stop by every time I visit Halifax in search of a quality meal.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times and the food is always consistently delicious. The yellow curry with chicken is tasty, the pad thai with tofu is excellent, and the Thai basil with shrimp is also very good. However, the portion of shrimp can vary from 5 to 9. The prices range from $18 to $20 per meal, but it is definitely worth it. I recommend ordering extra rice as the portion size is a bit small.
