Frozu - Truro

There are a great deal of choices for toppings. However, the mediocre service and high price are not worth it.

We visited Frozu in Truro last weekend. It's a small spot, combined with Capt Sub but the space is well used. There were several choices of frozen yogurt, as well as the option to combine different flavors into a swirl. It's a self serve set up, so you take your cup, add your choices of frozen yogurt and then add toppings from the topping bar. There were many choices including nuts, smarties, whoppers, cereals, crushed Oreos, gummies, fresh fruit, many more and a variety of sauces. Your cup is then weighed and you pay according to that. We found it reasonably priced...$14 for three good size creations. There was a good variety of options, the place was cute, clean and staff was friendly. It was a nice treat after visiting the Farmers market.

It was great to see the new frozu open in Truro attached to the Captain Sub.What a fantastic new idea. build your own frozen yogurt desert. Pour your frozen yogurt - then go to the topping bars and customize until your hearts content. Cost is by weight so even if you have a small budget - you can get something good here.Great place to take athletes and other health minded people.Well worth a stop while in Truro - hope it franchises out - well done Grinner Food Systems

My kids love this place, but the ice cream selection is limited, and doesn't seem to ever change. I believe there are 8 flavors, and 2 of them are a lactose free options. A very wide range of toppings however, including fresh fruit. This is a fun place to take people to if they've never seen it, but I think they should randomize the ice cream flavors on a regular basis.

The cashier at this restaurant is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to accommodate your requests. They can also provide recommendations based on your tastes.
