The Alverton - Truro

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, the food is top-notch, and the atmosphere is superb.

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The monkfish was excellent and the dining room was very pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. However, I deducted one star from the service rating as they forgot to bring my tea.

What a wonderful place for Sunday lunch! The roast beef and pork were delicious and the setting was lovely. Our guests were impressed and we can't wait to come back soon.

Our first visit but won’t be our last! Lovely bright rooms excellent service from staff. We went for lunch which was excellent and a glass of fizz for my husband whose birthday it was is a nice touch. Only suggestion from me, if I was pushed, a couple more choices on lunch menu. But whole experience was excellent.

Beautiful Sunday dinner was the monk excellent, very pleasant dining room. relaxing and comfortable eating. only service 4,* as they forgot my tee!
