What used to be a fun and welcoming ice cream shop now seems to have given up in the face of competition. When I arrived with my three guests, I was greeted by a hastily written note stating "sorry, no samples." The two women behind the counter, who appeared to be of Hispanic descent, made no effort to be friendly and seemed annoyed by our presence. The prices remain high, especially considering what you get. At the end of our visit, I said thank you and tried to be polite, but all I received in return were blank stares. You would think that with a new ice cream shop opening next door, Sunny Daes would strive to be at their best. Instead, it feels like they have already accepted defeat.

Sunny Daes offers not only the best ice cream in town but also a fantastic atmosphere! The staff is always friendly, and I have never experienced any mix-ups with my order. I enjoy going there with friends, whether we’re sitting outside or inside, savoring a delightful treat. Thank you, Sunny Daes, for your excellent service and delicious ice cream at such reasonable prices!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The soft serve ice cream had a strange soapy taste, which was quite off-putting. The hard ice cream options I tried were fine, but the soft serve really let down my overall experience.

The best ice cream place in our neighborhood. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious you can tell made from quality milk and products. If you didn?t know they sell best ice cream cakes as well! Moredelicious than the ones from the regular stores! The prices remain high, especially given the quality and portion sizes. When I tried to express my gratitude at the end of our visit, my efforts were met with indifference. You would think that with a new ice cream freezer next to the storage area, Sunny Daes would strive to improve their game, but it seems they have already given up.
