I am very disappointed. I called and they hung up on me when I asked Whats the special of the day ? I was just trying to order and get food for my 4 year old toddler who loves Carl 's Jr. She 's been crying for the past hour for it and every other Carl 's Jr. Was closed.
It says it opens at 6am ... so I 'm sitting in the drive thru about 6:05 am trying to order when an employee pulls up and walks over to me and says we 're not open yet I looked at my watch and looked at her and left
Well… after the over-a-decade of BAD!!! service and treatment at this store (a company-run location, too am glad to finally admit the improvements are not a flash-in-the-pan.
Great customer service my food was delicious and hot my order was brought to me so quick, Ruby is the best
