Inn At Taughannock - TRUMANSBURG

The restaurant was very crowded and the staff wasn’t ready for the volume. Unfortunately the bartender was inexperienced and exacerbated service delays by created a significant bottleneck in the bar. Nevertheless the good was excellent, the service attentive and the ambiance beautiful

Server was great, food was outstanding, and they offered us either complimentary champagne or a free dessert for celebrating our anniversary with them! Will definitely be back

I'm not sure what happened or why, but the service was really lacking. Our server was so nice, so it wasn't her fault, but simple things like condiments took asking multiple people before it made it to our table. Something behind the bar wasn't ideal, and we ended up having to give up on a dessert drink because we finished dessert and the drink was still not served even though the server had checked with the bar multiple times. The food was delicious, which is what really matters, but the service made it harder for us to enjoy our meal

This is the best place in the Ithaca area for a really nice meal. The setting is beautiful. Service is top notch. Food is reliably good. The menu has choices for meateaters and vegans

Food from the new chef was amazing! And the view... well, the view! It's really the only place close to Ithaca with such an amazing view on Cayuga lake. I just wish the menu had any vegan options at all. In this day an age, I didn't think I would see a menu without a single vegan option. We had to order things we didn't really want to order. Add some vegan options, and we'll be back often
