Byrne Dairy And Deli - TRUMANSBURG

So I'm not one for doing reviews this place is the worst their mid day to night staff are rude and will kick you out of the store for not doing their job for them you ask for 5 gal's of fuel and they don't even know how to ring it out unless you walk them though it and when you call them out on something they act like child's very rude and won't come back shur save better prices and way better staff

Services was straight up horrible. 3 ladies standing behind the counter talking about nonsense stuff. I had to yell to get their attention. Worse Byrne Dairy I have ever came to. Will never stop here again.

Every time I come inside this store the service is horrible. More than one visit I’ve given up on getting an employee to acknowledge me at an order line or register. I’ve had them walk right by me without looking at me or saying “I’ll be right with you”, or “Let me get someone that can help you”. Today was especially delightful listening to two staff argue as they walked through part of the store. When they continued to argue as they walked past me and through the kitchen, I decided it was time to give up and leave. Today was the last time I’ll ever stop at Trumansburg Byrne Dairy.

This is the Byrne Dairy I use as the benchmark of quality that I measure all other gas station convenience stores against. It's open all the time and they make decent food. The staff is just the best, bless thier hearts.

I was made a pizza by Seun and let me tell you it was the best pizza I have ever tasted. He had very good vibes he was playing some fire music and was very friendly. Byrne dairy please protect this man at all costs!
