Meson Los Arcos - Trujillo

El Mesón los Arcos y los Portales comparten la misma cocina... bien, eso no tiene nada de malo, lo malo es el servicio, la comida deja mucho que desear. Mi experiencia ha sido nefasta, 3 horas y media para no terminar de comer. 1 hora y cuarto esperando mesa para 4 adultos y 2 menores. Tuvimos que pedirles que nos juntaran dos mesas ya que de ellos no salía y aún hoy podríamos estar en la barra de pie. Tuvimos que pedirles que nos trajeran los platos, los segundos los llevaron en tandas de a 2, es decir, cuando 2 adultos habían acabado su segundo los otros 2 aún estaban esperando, lo gracioso es que ni sabían qué habíamos pedido y nos preguntaban qué queríamos de postre. Las mesas estaban dentro del local, al lado de la puerta, los niños helados de frío y no tuvieron el detalle de cerrarlas hasta que no se lo pedimos. Al pedirles las hojas de reclamaciones, el que parecía el encargado nos quería sobornar invitándonos a café y chupito... Lamentable, patético... En la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres hay otros cien sitios para ir, este es para evitar.

La peor experiencia gastronómica de mi vida. Sucio, comida terrible, mal servicio, no tiene nada positivo. Fue una experiencia horrible, nunca he sentido tanto asco al comer en un lugar. Engañan a los turistas necesitados. Por favor, no vayan a este sitio, se lo agradecerán. Y avísenle a otros que vayan de visita a Cáceres.

Menú de 10 euros con opciones de primeros y segundos. La comida fue bastante mala, no pagaría ni 5 euros por la calidad, presentación y sabor. Pedí secretos como segundo plato y quedaron en el plato, no volvería ni a tomar una caña.
