Le Pot Lyonnais - Troyes

Already come twice in this small restaurant at the gates of the cork (of troyes). very good small dishes in Lyon with a special mention for apses lovers. very good reception and atmosphere typical of a cap. good wines to be enjoyed on the dishes.

The most beautiful part of the day is to have passed in front of the "Lyonnais pot"!!! when we come in, the boss welcomes us with a big smile and a I don't know what makes you know we're gonna have a good time. The character is tricky, his reflections resemble a student dialogue ... after ordering the aperitif, this one returns with our glasses and a wooden board and a knife or sits a beautiful (and good) sausage and pickles. the menu ordered, the wait will be short and the brioche sausage will only be short in the plate ... a real killing! generosity and kindness are found in the paulo plates. the next is at the height of the entrance and I admit that I have never eaten a meat as good as that which was served to me (I don't say what because paulo rarely has it!). the dessert was perfect and the basket of cherries that was truncated on a table intended for customers (just because it found them beautiful and it felt normal to share them) . Indeed, the kitchen of paulo is sharing and conviviality. so don’t hesitate to cross the threshold of this restaurant, you will not regret it!!!

Super welcome, the boss took the time to talk to us, super nice. a very good cuisine, an exceptional meat, a crushed potato very tasteful, a delight the mistled cream. I recommend this restaurant without a problem.

Sitting at a small table our first good surprise is the cutting board with the sausage to cut yourself. Very local I love. all the rest follows in the same way a welcoming chef who does not miss humor and even comes to serve the sauce with the pan! the only flat: I couldn't take dessert the dish was too copied but worth the detour. We smell the fresh product.

Very pleasant restaurant, welcoming and custodially very small! But it's better in fact. Fresh produce, and everything is there, the stove boss goes to see you at the table, etc...a good time.
