Wawel Royal Castle Polish Bar Restaurant

I made a reservation for Saturday night dinner and I was so excited. The restaurant is very nice. The staff is friendly. The food was delicious.

The food was way to salty. The service was good and it was very clean.

Just stoped by as I was in for some good Polish food. Started with tripe soup and ended with potato pancakes with sour cream it was a delight. Service was amazing and very friendly. Forgot to mention the best treat, a good Polish beer. I did skip the dessert because the dishes were pretty big.

You need to go here! Amazing, authentic Polish food. Think you have to go to Hamtramck every time? Nope! Come here! Excellent food and service, and beautiful woodworking throughout. I’ve been here six times and have had most staples. It is all amazing. Just come here and see!

What a beautiful place. The wood work and the displays were fantastic. There was some confusion when we arrived, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for an event but the open sign was flashing also. So we went inside and were greeted and seated quickly. The service was fast and friendly. We sat just outside of the bar area. The reason for the four stars is our food took some time to get (even the server mentioned something about that) and it was not very hot. I had the veal schnitzel with dumplings and beets. Loved it. My wife had the pierogi platter and that was one of the best dishes at our table. My son had the platter and chose the fish, this was the winner. The fish was cooked perfectly! We usually hit the polish market across the street once a month and we will give this restaurant another try next time we are in town.
