Shake Shack

The service was quick, and the menu was straightforward. The burgers scored a solid 4.5 out of 5 for flavor and consistency, though the construction was a bit questionable. The fries appeared to be pressed into crinkle shapes, fried, frozen, and then fried again. They weren't terrible, but they brought the overall rating down to about a 3-something. I'd definitely consider returning in the future, whether here or at another location.

Absolutely disappointing. I first visited SS in NYC when it was truly exceptional, but the franchise expansion has completely tarnished the brand. The food was unappetizing, the restaurant was not clean, and it was overpriced. The burger was so overcooked that it actually cut my lip. The lettuce was wilted, the fries were cold, and my order was incorrect.

We really enjoyed the gluten free buns on the burgers and that the staff asked if it was an allergy. We were disappointed to not be able to eat the fries (not gluten free) and that the service was slow and our drinks arrived far after our food.

I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation, and I was not disappointed! I ordered a Western BBQ burger, fries, and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. My friend and I shared the burger, and the portions were generous enough that we both felt satisfied afterward. Now, about the milkshake—it was something special! I originally considered sharing it, but after my first sip, we decided my friend needed her own. It was like a little piece of heaven in a plastic cup! Whether you're in Dearborn or nearby, make sure to give Burger Shack a try!

I love shake shack so much its so much better than in n out. I am from Cali and I'm in love...... I love the og and shroom and vanilla shake.!!! Yummmmm please open more restaurants!!
